This painting is a detailed image of the Seth Thomas Bradstreet House, located on Main Street in Thomaston, CT, across the street from the Thomaston Opera House. This is the home of Seth Thomas, the founder and owner of the Seth Thomas Clock Factory. The home has been restored and is a museum which includes a wonderful display of some of the Seth Thomas families original furnishings and belongings. It is open at various times during the year for tours.
